This Privacy Policy explains how Kroneva Technologies collects, uses, shares, and protects personal information when you use Kroneva products and services. Kroneva Technologies is the data controller for the personal information described in this policy unless a school or other workspace customer determines how information is processed in its workspace.

Information we collect

We may collect account and contact details, school and workspace information, student and family records, attendance records, fee and payment records, support communications, and other records entered into Kroneva by authorized users. We also collect limited technical information, such as device, browser, sign-in, and security logs, needed to operate and protect the service.

How we use information

We use information to provide the service, authenticate users, support authorized school operations, process requested actions, respond to support requests, prevent misuse, maintain security, improve product reliability, and meet legal obligations. We process personal information only where there is an appropriate basis, such as providing the requested service, complying with law, protecting legitimate interests, or obtaining consent where required.

How we share information

We do not sell personal information. We may share information with authorized users in your workspace, service providers that help us host, secure, and support Kroneva, when required by law, or when necessary to protect users and the service. Service providers may process information only for the services they provide to us and subject to appropriate safeguards.

Data retention and security

We retain information for as long as needed to provide the service, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and maintain appropriate business records. Retention periods depend on the type of information and why it is held. We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect information, but no system can guarantee absolute security.

Your rights and choices

Subject to applicable law, you may ask whether we hold your personal information, request access to it, request correction or deletion, object to certain processing, or withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. Some requests may need to be directed to the school or workspace responsible for the records. You may also raise a concern with Ghana's Data Protection Commission.

Children's information

Kroneva may process student information, including information about children, only as needed to provide services to schools and other authorized workspace customers. We do not knowingly collect children's information directly from children for marketing.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as Kroneva develops. We will post the updated policy here and change the last updated date when we make material revisions.
